Charge out rates for Jeff King Contractor, Inc.:
SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN Straight Time Labor Rate $42.00 an hour Over Time Labor Rate $55.00 an hour Holiday Labor Rate* $68.00 an hour MILLWRIGHT / CARPENTER Straight Time Labor Rate $39.50 an hour Over Time Labor Rate $51.50 an hour Holiday Labor Rate* $63.50 an hour

Placement of all personnel will be determined by the scope of work and Jeff King Contractor supervison.
Crews are determined by the following:
- Availability of Personnel
- Foreman to be working Foreman unless otherwise specified
Over Time will be billed under the following conditions:
- After 10 hours daily
- After 40 hours weekly
- After 40 consecutive hours
- All weekends and night shifts not scheduled at least seven days in advance
- Breakdowns
*The following holidays are observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- Jeff King Contractor, Inc. will strive to schedule personnel in the most cost efficient manner.
- Travel to be assessed by distance traveled.
- Out of State move in and move out charge will be additional.
